WHO IS IT FOR?
Microneedling can be safely used on all skin types to promote fast and safe healing from acne or other scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and stretch marks. It is a simple procedure that uses needles to create tiny punctures in the surface of the skin, allowing new collagen and elastin production.
We do not run the pen over active acne.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Your body is amazing when it comes to healing. When you injure tissue, your body creates new cells and extracellular materials (like elastic and collagen) to heal the wound. A microneedling pen sends hundreds of micro-size needles into the skin. This process stimulates the body's natural healing capabilities.
To get the maximum benefit from a series of treatments, it is best to have multiple sessions. However, most clients will experience some results from just one treatment. Results may be seen in as little as one week, and will continue to improve in the coming days and weeks. While most patients tolerate Microneedling with little discomfort or downtime, the main side effects are redness, sensitivity, and tenderness.
