Shipping Policy

Shipping 

Please allow 1-3 days to process and pack your order up. For All Korean skincare products please allow 1-7 days for preparing as they are coming directly from Korean. 

Korean skincare will take 1-3 weeks to arrive to your shipping address. We try our best to deliver it as quickly as possible however shipping is out of our control so please remain patient

Please note: Shipping charges may be subject to customs fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Cost

We have a flat rate of $9 shipping Canada- wide. We ship everything in our catalogue however, all  shipping costs are paid for by Customer. Pick ups are  free at our location- arrange your pickup by contacting us at marzia@moonskyn.com 

All orders over $100 are free shipping.

Cancellation and Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns unless they cause an allergic reaction (need proof). If you need to cancel an order you have 48 hours. please email marzia@moonskyn.com. If your order has already been filled, we will be unable to cancel it. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. wholesale orders cannot be cancelled or refunded/returned 

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your return we will email you whether we approved full refund, rejected, or partial refund. Any accepted returns must be untouched (for skincare products) or 80% intact (bath salts, bath dusties, lash shampoo). Any accessories that came with your order must also be returned. Anything damaged or missing not due to our error will not be refunded.

Exchanges 

You are able to exchange an item if its unused within 7 days. If they are damaged, or defected. 

Korean Skincare  

• Customs and Duty tax is responsible by buyers.
• We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient Refusal, Absent recipient, Wrong address, Issues in the recipient country, Issues in the recipient region
• Allow 1-7 days for preparing your package
• K-packet shipping may result in shipments taking 1-3 weeks, and the duration post-shipping is beyond our control.
• Shipping charges may be subject to customs fees
